Texas Chili

Made this chili today; it's a perfect Fall day in the mountains and chili was just what we needed.  This recipe comes from one of Ryan's Texan aunts.  It's very mild; throw in some of your favorite hot sauce to spice it up.

2 pounds cooked ground beef
1 package chili seasoning
2 cans petite diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can pinto beans-rinsed and drained
1 can chili beans in sauce
1/2 white or yellow onion-chopped
Shredded Mexican cheese
Sour cream

Mix seasoning, beef, tomatoes, beans, and onion in a crockpot.  Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 8 hours.  Serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and Fritos.

EASY! That's what I'm talkin about.
